Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Bitumen Plant Operator to manage daily operations of the bitumen mixing plant. The operator will ensure smooth production, proper equipment handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor bitumen mixing plant equipment. Ensure correct mixing ratios as per project requirements. Perform routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the plant. Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at the site. RequirementsPrevious experience operating a bitumen/DM plant (e. g. , DM-60 or similar). Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Strong awareness of safety practices.
