The vast majority of alumni play leading roles in companies with international operations and are based in over 30 countries.Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven to help us grow our dynamic client base.Manage and expand the B2B and B2C client base in the Lithuanian and Brussels markets (primarily through inbound leads), and maintain long-term relationshipsProactively generate new business and strengthen outreach effortsDevelop and execute effective sales strategiesRepresent BMI at 2-3 lead generation events per monthConsistently meet or exceed monthly and annual enrollment targets for both short and long programsRequirements: Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, as well as business developmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience working with or selling to managers and decision-makersFluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spokenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of leadsExperience in the Executive Education or Professional Development industry is a plusWhat we offer: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses (total gross earnings ranging from €3600 to €5450)Opportunity to build relationships with senior professionals from around the worldChance to work across Lithuania and Brussels, with a 50/50 client focusFree access to BMI training programs after the probation periodClear targets, visible results, and the opportunity to make a real impact
