Booking Assistant/Booking Manager

We’re looking for this positions for join our Staff (you must have experience in the Electronic Music scene)Barbur Room is seeking a freelance Booking Agent skilled at matching our roster artists (electronic music/techno-melodic scene) or BRM showcase with appropriate venues / events around the world (Europe for first).RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Book gigs for our artists2. Find, compile, and update contact lists for clubs and events in Europe.3. Secure artist performances by negotiating contracts, payments, and other crucial artist information.4. Coordinate financial matters, transportation, hotels, and itineraries.5. Maintain and update artist performance calendars.REQUIREMENTS:Strong interest & knowledge in the techno & electronic music scene (absolutely required).Must have previous experience in this field.Experienced negotiator.Ability to adjust schedule and be flexible.Verbal and written proficiency in English (absolutely required). German and Italian is a must.Strong communication & organizational skills.Candidate must be reliable and have great time management skills.Ability to exercise good judgment and flexibility.The job only suits a self-starter and somebody who is happy working independently as well as being part of a friendly and international team.Job Type: Freelance // Commission-based compensation
