Our behavioural research SaaS enables product, innovation, and consumer insights teams to validate product decisions by uncovering consumer purchase intent for any product decision or new product development. Within our Research Management team, you have the opportunity to validate innovations for leading brands, such as BSH, Louis, Yello, Hansgrohe, ALH Group and many more. You’ll get to shape the state-of-the-art validation method for innovation and product development.THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF…You like to build a bridge between data, design and behavioral insights.You’re excited by the technical side of UI design and client collaboration — and you want to keep building your skills in both areas.You are comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment where you can actively shape the product and the business.You want to work around 20h per week with an outlook of growing into a full-time role.The start date of January 15th, 2026 is feasible for you.WHAT YOU’LL ROCKLanding pages – design and technically implement landing pages using the Horizon interface. Define the storyline of each page, including the product description copy.Ad creatives – create and write 2D and 3D ad assets that reflect each testing variant. These ads communicate the product’s value proposition through both copy and design, and are used to attract the target audience to the landing pages via social or search ads.Product mockups – design product images and mockups according to the given MVP brand or client inputs for different testing variants, using AI tools or agents Brand design – create desirable brand assets from logo, to color themes, to typography for the idea to be testedCommunication & design advocacy – at first, you occasionally take part in client meetings and provide design leadership around the product concept to be tested. Your outlook is to gradually take full ownership of client communications & project management.Standardisation & process improvements – contributing to process improvements by helping with standardisation and also supporting the ongoing shaping and evolution of our software.WHAT YOU’LL BRING ALONGTechnical Understanding: Foundational knowledge and first practical experience in HTML5, CSS3, web development, and AI-driven agent technologies.Tools: Confident in using standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite).Data Affinity: Interest in consumer-centric design, market research and data-driven product development approaches.Design: Applied knowledge in design-related areas such as landing page and brand design, product mockups, or creating marketing ads.Precision: Attention to detail, delivering high-quality and reliable output even in complex and fast-paced projects.Communication: Strong communication skills – you communicate in a clear and easy-to-understand way, respectful to your teammates even in high-speed and challenging client projects.Fluency in German and English: Native-level German proficiency and full professional English fluency, French is not required but considered an advantage.HOW WE SUPPORT YOUDirect insights from our Co-Founder & CEO Daniel (https://www.linkedin.com/in/danielputsche/), and mentorship from your manager aka research consultant (ex-Big 4).We provide all the tools and support you need to thrive in a remote-first, flexible work environment.Work from everywhere in Germany, Frankfurt or Mainz.
