Branch Manager

We're #hiring for the position of Branch Manager.Location: DeniyayaWork Days: Monday to FridayRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Banking, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualifications such as CBF, IBF, or equivalent are an added advantage).Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services, including several years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong understanding of credit, lending, deposits, and branch operations.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector.Proficiency in MS Office applications and core banking systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.If you possess the above skills and are interested, share your CV to careers@headmastershr.com
