Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Guide and support the sales team to achieve optimal performance.Conduct regular customer visits to ensure excellent customer service and product visibility.Manage distributor relationships effectively to maximize market reach.Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and brand guidelines.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Develop brand-wise and area-wise sales strategies to increase market share.Required Qualification Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the FMCG or Mother & Baby Care industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in MS Office applications.A valid riding license and willingness to travel extensively.Strong understanding of territory sales, merchandising, and distribution networks.What we offerAttractive salary and performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities within the FMCG sector.Supportive and performance-driven work environment.if you are the right candidate please forward your CV : hr@limraholdings.com
