About The RoleAs an Operation Specialist, you will act as universal operations support of branches within the area to support payroll-related activities. You will also be a secondary to payroll support, acts as manpower pool in filling in temporary vacancies in branches specifically CA or Tellering functions.How you will contributeResponsible for the implementation of payroll activities, such as:- Responsible for the implementation of payroll activities- Sorting of Payroll ATM Cards and PIN Mailers- Distribution of ATM Cards of payroll employees under W2R/Employee Bankingarrangement at client’s site or in-branch- The Schedule of distribution is based on payroll client and SBC’s agreement i.e. maybeoutside banking hours or graveyard shift- Ensure releasing of ATM cards and PIN mailers to the right payroll employees by checkingthe IDs presented, and by performing signature verificationReceive and perform signature verification of SBOL enrolment forms and CRF from payroll account holders and forward these to servicing branch or head office unit for processingMan the SBC payroll pods at clients site and or assigned servicing areaMay be assigned to other branches if necessary to perform functions related to payroll as may be determined by the Area OfficePerforms duties and responsibilities of a Teller or Customer Advisor depending on the need of branch within a specified period, with priority given on servicing of payroll clients within the area of assignmentSafeguard User ID and password during branch assignment.
