Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health by overseeing budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and compliance. This role provides accurate financial reports, manages accounting records, and supports business growth through strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities:Develop & monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plansOversee cash flow, bank accounts, and fund allocationsEnsure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closingMaintain compliance with BIR, tax filings, and statutory obligationsConduct financial analysis and internal auditsProvide strategic financial insights to managementSupervise and mentor the BookkeeperQualifications:Bachelor’s in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance with leadership exposureProficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems, and MS ExcelStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
