Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe person hired for the position of Sr. Corporate Auditor will lead and perform audits of moderate to high risk. The employee will gain a broad knowledge of 3M’s processes, functions, and businesses while leading/performing audits of 3M’s plants, subsidiaries, acquisitions and Global Service Center. The employee will be working in a team environment and will serve as a primary point of contact to senior 3M management for the audits they are leading and will play an integral role in implementing the Internal Audit vision and strategies.ResponsibilitiesTo lead and/ or work with the audit team in a fast learning environment to conduct financial, operational, and/ or compliance auditsReview and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with Corporate and local policies and proceduresIdentify and clearly define audit issues and root causes, provide sound and practical improved internal controls and business processesPrepare audit report/ audit findings and present it to the business management teamEnsure that management action plans are developed, sustainable and implemented on timePrepare work papers and adequately document audit work performed to support conclusions reachedActively participate in global/ regional initiatives aimed at improving Corporate Audit's processes and proceduresRequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited universityMinimum of 5 years of experience working in audit, preferably in manufacturing spaceA highly motivated individual with demonstrated leadership attributes and problem-solving skill will be considered a key contributor to this dynamic audit teamPossess the drive to gain good knowledge and understanding of the company's policies and procedures and systemsConfident and comfortable dealing with senior managementStrong verbal and written communication skills including communication to senior managementFluency in English, speaking and writingFluency in Asian language (i.e. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean etc.) is desirable.Full availability for international travels to APAC countries and the global (travel frequency 30-50%)Experience in SAP ERP will be an added advantageQualification of CPA, CIA, ACCA or equivalent is preferredLearn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Please note: your application may not be considered if you do not provide your education and work history, either by: 1) uploading a resume, or 2) entering the information into the application fields directly.3M Global Terms of Use and Privacy StatementCarefully read these Terms of Use before using this website.
