This role is responsible for implementing directives, monitoring branch compliance, consolidating reports, and maintaining communication across departments to ensure operational efficiency and consistency in food quality and standards. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support data-driven decisions within a fast-paced food service environment.QualificationsProficiency in Operational Support and Operations ManagementStrong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-makingEffective Communication skills, both verbal and writtenCustomer Service experience with a focus on delivering excellent serviceAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentA high level of organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferredExperience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
