Job DescriptionThe PositionOrganon is hiring a Cardiovascular Brand and Customer Manager for our Nordics Market.In this position, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of our cardiovascular portfolio.You will be part of Marketing Team Cluster North West Europe and report to the Franchise Marketing Director.ResponsibilitiesDrive results and achieve financial milestones and specific strategic goals for brands in scopeDrive the launch in all markets in scopeDevelop strategy for CV portfolio, establishing short term objectives and long term roadmap and delivering brand plans for each brand in scopeSupport sales team ensuring the right deliverables in placeLeverage different commercial trade channels for the best business impactIdentify & implement innovative strategic projects to ensure business growth through improving customer experienceDevelop and implement an omni-channel approach to leverage communication with different customers/stakeholdersCollect and analyze data to increase customer understanding, to identify business opportunities and to drive strategic decisionsMonitor performance KPIs and other data to guarantee the best results addressing opportunities and challengesCreate and maintain strong relationship with key customers and stakeholders to provide value to health care providers and patientsParticipate in key activities and develop strong network w/ KOLsContribute to company strategy and execute in scopeCollaborate with various functions, including Business Development, Commercial Operations, Finance and other areas to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plansOwn, develop, monitor and correct as needed the annual profit plan and long-range plan while managing the promotional budgetMaster key tools to evaluate performance and register activitiesEnsure an optimal demand forecast focusing on short and long termRequired Education, Experience, And SkillsEducation & Experience:University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or Life Sciences preferredMBA / Postgraduation valuedExperience desired: 1-3 years in MarketingAbilities/SkillsStrategic thinking, commercial and business/financial acumenAnalytical skills to synthesize local insights as input to the Customer Business PlanStrong customer management and customer engagement skillsCross functional skills to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementationDrive and commitment to succeedStrong leadership skills according to Organon values and behaviorsProactive attitude and ability to work in autonomous wayStrong communication skills and people orientationInnovation mindset with focus on business impact activitiesOptimal customer orientation with strong customer management and engagementTeam player with strong collaboration attitudeProficient in sales and marketing support tools and project managementAbility to work under pressure and manage challengesFluent in EnglishSecondary Job DescriptionWho We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
