Lisbeyond is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Experience & Reservations Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will ensure every guest interaction and booking process is smooth, accurate, and exceptional. From handling inquiries to finalizing reservations, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, making sure every stay exceeds expectations.Your RoleAs a Guest Experience & Reservations Assistant, you will manage the entire guest journey and reservation process with professionalism, precision and care. Acting as the main point of contact for potential and future guests, ensuring clear, friendly, and timely communication, while supporting revenue optimization and helping keep our listings competitive and up-to-date.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the reservation process, from inquiry to confirmation, including extensions, cancellations, and refunds.Provide guests with information about properties, check-in/check-out procedures, local attractions, and upsellings.Ensure all guest documentation, including passport information and city taxes, is collected prior to arrival.Monitor and maintain property listings across OTAs, short-term and mid-term rental platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current pricing and availability strategies.Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to adjust pricing based on demand, occupancy, and market trends at mid-term OTAs.Use our PMS to optimize workflows, enhance booking efficiency, and improve the guest experience.Track booking performance, cancellations, and trends, reporting insights and identifying areas for improvement.Research and evaluate new OTA platforms or channels to maximize booking opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.Strong team-working skills.Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or property management is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with PMS systems, OTAs, and booking platforms is an advantage.About LisbeyondLisBeyond is a rapidly growing property management company with a diverse portfolio spanning Lisbon, Porto, and the Algarve.
