Join Norgine.At Norgine, our colleagues Dare themselves to be different and try new things, Drive to achieve their goals and beyond, and Develop themselves and their community.We call it the 3D career at Norgine and it offers you a fully-rounded experience with no limits.Bring everything about yourself that you're proud of, whether that's your passion for making a difference, focus on others' well-being, or intellectual curiosity to unleash in a fast-paced environment and supportive community.In return, get a sense of belonging, a long-term career with ongoing development and upskilling, and a company that cares about people's wellness as much as you do.Because at Norgine, we transform lives with innovative healthcare solutions.We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Lead - Nordics to join Norgine.MAIN PURPOSE:Overall responsibility for the brand activities for assigned brand(s) and geography in [DK/NO/SE/FI], from a strategic and operational point of viewThis is a 12 month FTC positionIf you want a multi-dimensional 3D career in a leading healthcare organisation, join us.RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Achieve sales and profit targets (or pre launch objectives) across the brand portfolio as agreed with the Head of Commercial Localisation and realisation of brand plans and annual marketing plans, in line with global/local strategies and priorities Champion the brands locally within the ROC to maximise motivation and optimise resource- and investment allocation Monitor performance, update financial forecasts and demand planning forecasts Lead the cross-functional brand team, coordinating activities to ensure objectives are met Collaborate with global brand function, digital function, and local commercial function Adapt and localize global brand content for the ROC, working with local creative or digital agencies as necessary (e.g. enhancing content and market-specific content needs) Develop and deploy an omnichannel plan for the brands, ensuring multiple customer touch points Responsible for interfacing with select customers and KOLs, organizing local congresses/exhibitions/symposia together with KAMs Manage approval of local content via Medical, Legal and Regulatory Understand and act according to the local legislation Ensure that all activities are compliant with applicabe codes, Norgine standards and internal processes Act as a good representative of Norgine NordicsSkills & Experience Degree in sciences and/or business administration Strong Marketing experience Speaking and writing fluently in one Nordic language, as well as excellent written and spoken English Very good knowledge of the Nordic pharmaceutical RX market, Nordic pharmacodes and experience from launching brands in at least one of the Nordic markets Good knowledge of and ability to use digital marketing tools and platforms Very good communication and diplomatic skills and ability to operate and influence at a local and global level with senior managers in a matrix organisation Good leadership and motivational skills Ability to operate independently A strong will to succeed with strong analytical skills combined with creativity and a structured way of working Very good knowledge of MS OfficeBenefitsOur benefits may vary per location.
