Key Responsibilities▪ Brand Strategy & Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy tostrengthen Daikan Hospitality Group's presence in the market. Establish clear brandguidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.Collaborate with leadership to define the brand's long-term vision, positioning, and growthopportunities.▪ Marketing & Communications: Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, promotionalmaterials, and digital content that reflect the brand's identity and appeal to targetcustomers. Manage the execution of digital marketing efforts including social media,website content, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. Work closely with themarketing team to create compelling customer-facing communications that enhancebrand loyalty.▪ Customer Experience & Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance the overallcustomer experience across all restaurants, ensuring consistency in service, ambiance,and product offerings. Use customer feedback, market research, and analytics to informand adjust branding strategies.▪ Collaboration with Operations: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure brandstandards are met in every location. Work closely with the design team to develop andimplement restaurant interior concepts, uniforms, and other visual elements that align withthe brand.▪ Market Research & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor brands, andcustomer preferences to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Conduct marketresearch and consumer insights to inform decision-making and brand innovation.▪ Budget Management & Reporting: Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuringefficient use of resources. Track and report on brand performance metrics, customersatisfaction, and ROI of marketing campaigns.Education/Qualification, Skills, Competencies And Experience▪ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master'sdegree is a plus).▪ Minimum of 5-8 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in thefood and beverage or hospitality industry.▪ Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth andcustomer engagement.▪ Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behaviour.▪ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all levels.▪ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.▪ Creative thinking with a passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience.▪ Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.▪ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.▪ Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
