Job Description

Marketing Executive Responsibilities▪ Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketingstrategies aligned with company goals and target audience. Conduct market researchto identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Createmarketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customeracquisition.▪ Social media & Content Strategy: Develop and execute platform-specific contentstrategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to grow followers and driveengagement. Create content calendars and collaborate with content creators,designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.Monitor social media trends and ensure brand voice is consistent across all channels.Schedule and publish posts; engage with the audience via comments, DMs, andstories.▪ SEO & Paid Advertising: Optimize website content for SEO, including restaurantpages, menus, and blog posts. Track and report on web traffic, search rankings, anduser behaviour. Plan and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads,Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Plan and manage digital ad campaigns across GoogleAds, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube. Coordinate with agencies or internalteams for ad asset creation and placement.▪ Press & PR: Draft, edit, and distribute press releases for new openings, seasonallaunches, and special events. Build and maintain relationships with food media,influencers, and local press. Coordinate media visits and PR activations to ensurecoverage.▪ Content Production & Shoot Coordination: Plan and manage photoshoots and videoproduction for marketing campaigns (menu launches, new outlet openings etc.).Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external vendors (locations, schedules,props, talent). Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all visuals and media.▪ Agency & Vendor Coordination: Work with external agencies for PR, creative content,and advertising needs. Review deliverables and provide clear feedback to ensurealignment with campaign goals. Track budgets, invoices, and timelines related tooutsourced work▪ Reporting & Optimization: Regularly analyse performance of campaigns across digitaland traditional channels. Prepare monthly reports on KPIs including engagement,reservations, traffic, and conversions. Use insights to refine strategy and improvefuture campaign outcomes.Education/Qualification, Skills, Competencies And ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field▪ 2–4 years of experience in marketing (hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industry preferred)▪ Proficiency in social media management, digital ads platforms, SEO best practices▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills▪ Photography/videography Experience Or Visual Direction Skills▪ Basic design experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools▪ Familiarity with CRM systems and restaurant tech (e.g., reservation platforms)▪ Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.▪ Highly creative with an eye for detail and visual storytelling▪ Passion for food, branding, and customer experience
