Junior SEO Specialist (with Google Ads Experience)

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Junior SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, paid search strategy, and performance analytics. You will support the digital marketing team in improving organic visibility, optimizing ad spend, and driving high-quality traffic.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.Optimize website content, metadata, landing pages, and blog posts.Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.Monitor website performance via Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.Assist in technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.Track algorithm updates and implement best practices.Google Ads (PPC Management)Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).Conduct keyword planning and competitor analysis for paid campaigns.Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.Set up and track conversions using analytics tools and UTMs.Prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 1 year hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads.Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and PPC strategies.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.Basic understanding of HTML and technical SEO concepts.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.PreferredExperience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.Google Ads certification is a plus.Knowledge of social media ads (Meta, TikTok) is an advantage.
