Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reports To: Regional Office – Dubai Company: Dolce & Gabbana Beauty – Middle EastAbout the BrandDolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Brand Manager based in KSARole PurposeThe Brand Manager will act as the brand’s on-the-ground representative in Saudi Arabia, managing day-to-day collaboration with the local distributor to ensure flawless brand execution, retail visibility, market development, and commercial oversight. While this role does not hold authority to negotiate commercial terms with the local distributor in KSA, it works closely with the Dubai regional team to align local activities with the broader regional strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy Implementation & Market PresenceEnsure the brand strategy, as defined by the Dubai regional office, is fully and consistently executed across the Saudi marketMonitor and enforce adherence to all brand guidelines in retail stores to maintain and elevate brand imageConduct regular market visits, store audits, and field inspections to assess brand presentation, merchandising, and customer experienceVerify that the distributor has appointed the right sales personnel in appropriate locations, ensuring they are trained and aligned with the brand’s values and objectivesCommercial OversightEnsure the distributor develops accurate product forecasts aligned with market demand and regional plansMonitor and validate distributor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory without overstocking or shortagesClosely track sell-out performance in key retail doors and provide actionable feedback to the distributor and regional teamSupport the Dubai team by providing timely data and insights on commercial performance to facilitate informed decision-makingMarketing Activities ExecutionCoordinate with the distributor and regional marketing team to deliver engaging customer experiences and flawless execution of all local marketing initiatives including mall podiums, in-store animations, product launches, and events that reflect the brand’s luxury positioningMonitor the effectiveness and compliance of local marketing campaigns and report on outcomes and areas for improvementSales Team Training & DevelopmentOversee the local training team (dotted line to Dubai training team) and development of the distributor’s dedicated sales team to guarantee deep product knowledge and exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with the regional training team to design and implement ongoing training programs and workshopsMonitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback to improve sales force performanceReporting & FeedbackDeliver comprehensive reports on brand implementation, market conditions, retail execution, sales team performance, marketing activities, and commercial KPIs to the Dubai officeBuild a detailed monthly competition insights report for the Dubai team, analyzing competitor activities and local market trendsRecommend improvement actions based on local trends and competitor analysis to enhance brand performance and market positioningQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the beauty industry, ideally within luxury or premium brandsFull professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatoryStrong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian retail and beauty marketStrong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively bridge local and regional teamsDetail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, even without direct commercial authorityProven experience managing distributor relationships or retail operations without direct commercial authorityBased in Riyadh with willingness to travel locally and regionallyPassionate about luxury beauty brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences
