Role:Acting as the second Incharge to the Social Media & Content Director, this role ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly across all platforms — from scheduling and asset delivery to community engagement and influencer partnerships.You’ll oversee the Social Media Executive, collaborate closely with the Social Media Performance & Lead Generation Specialist, and manage coordination across the wider team — including videographers, content writers, graphic designers, and content creators — ensuring all assets are briefed, produced, reviewed, and published on time. You’ll also take charge of the publishing calendar, platform hygiene, and community management, keeping all brand and executive channels active, responsive, and on-brand.This role works hand-in-hand with the sales team, supporting them in building a stronger social presence. Under the guidance of the department head, you’ll assist with content ideation, coordinate personal brand shoots, and help internal talent show up confidently online.You’ll also direct video shoots on the islands and with the sales team, helping bring to life creative, cinematic concepts — including “James Bond”-style content — in collaboration with the Head and creative crew.Additionally, you’ll act as the point of contact for agency collaborations and influencer marketing, handling outreach, relationship management, and execution of strategic partnerships that expand our visibility across key platforms.This is a fast-paced, content-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and understands the nuances of social strategy, timelines, tone, and creative execution.Key Responsibilities:Act as the second-in-command to the Social Media & Content Director, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Social & Content teamOversee the Social Media Executive, ensuring posts are scheduled accurately and engagement across platforms is timely, consistent, and on-brandCoordinate content delivery from videographers, content writers, graphic designers, and creators, ensuring timelines are met and approvals stay on scheduleWork closely with the Performance & Lead Generation Specialist to align on campaign timing, content boosting, and asset selection for paid amplificationMonitor and report on community sentiment and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube — flagging key insights, risks, or trendsSupport or lead the preparation of monthly social media analytics reports, identifying wins, drop-offs, and optimisation opportunitiesServe as the primary point of contact for influencer collaborations and agency partnerships — handling outreach, relationship management, and campaign executionMaintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all posts meet visual, tonal, and strategic expectations across all channelsCollaborate with the Social Media & Content Director during campaign planning, then drive smooth execution of timelines and deliverablesProvide live social coverage during events as needed — handling real-time posting, scheduling, and platform engagementSupport the sales team with content suggestions, shoot coordination, and personal social media visibility — helping them post confidently under strategic guidanceAssist in directing video shoots on the islands and for sales content, helping bring to life cinematic and creative concepts such as “James Bond”-style content, in collaboration with the Social Media & Content DirectorRequirements4–10 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand communicationsStrong background working in or with international brands or top-tier agenciesConfident in managing content calendars, creative workflows, and multi-platform publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTubeDemonstrated ability to direct and brief visual teams, including videographers, editors, and designers, with an eye for cinematic-style storytellingComfortable supporting and mentoring junior talent, while serving as a reliable 2IC to the Social Media & Content DirectorHands-on experience with event coverage, real-time posting, and working on-location (e.g. shoots on islands, activations, or property walkthroughs)Experienced in collaborating with performance specialists to align content with paid strategy and lead generation goalsConfident in client-facing or leadership-level environments, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skillsHighly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables and moving partsFluent in tone of voice, brand identity, and visual consistency, with strong copywriting/editing skillsBrings a balance of creativity, structure, and initiative, thriving in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
