As Singapore’s top real estate investor community, we strive to equip our community with data-driven insights to help them make informed investment decisions and build thriving portfolios.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead and manage the personal brand of the CEO of I Quadrant. This role focuses on building and expanding the CEO’s personal brand presence across digital platforms, events, and media — ensuring strong brand positioning and alignment with her voice, values, and public image.Roles and Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and implement a clear brand strategy that defines CEO’s voice, image, and positioning across platforms.Ensure all messaging, visuals, and communication reflect her identity, values, and tone.Content Creation & ManagementPlan, produce, and manage all brand-related content — including shoots, videos, and social media posts.Oversee creative direction, editing, and publishing to maintain visual and message consistency.Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Draft captions, scripts, and talking points that align with her personal tone and messaging.Public Image & PRManage CEO’s public presence, including interviews, features, collaborations, and speaking engagements.Coordinate with media, event organisers, and PR partners to secure and execute opportunities.Ensure consistent representation of her brand at all public events and partnerships.Event & Schedule ManagementPlan and manage CEO’s personal brand schedules — including content shoots, PR appearances, meetings, and events.Accompany CEO’s to events, shoots, and engagements when required to and capture live content.Maintain an organised calendar to ensure smooth flow between personal branding activities, company events, and media commitments.Collaboration Work closely with CEO’s to conceptualise and execute creative brand initiatives.Liaise with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce professional, on-brand materials.Track and report on performance metrics engagement, reach, audience growth and use insights to refine strategies.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in brand management, influencer marketing, or personal branding.Strong creative and aesthetic sense with hands-on experience in content creation and production.Excellent coordination, scheduling, and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; confident representing the brand in public.Proactive, reliable, and able to handle fast-moving, hands-on work environments.Willingness to attend events, shoots, or travel for brand-related activities when required.
