Job Description

As the Marketing Lead for Grains & Food, you will be a crucial member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to support the growth of our business in the region.You will work closely with the sales department to ensure our marketing efforts align with their objectives and contribute to our overall success. In addition, you will be responsible for managing one direct report, a Marketing Communications Specialist, who will assist you in achieving our marketing goals.Your actions will aim at targeting, reaching and nurturing existing and potential B2B customers across the entire portfolio of Bühler solutions, contributing to the sales of engineered plants, stand-alone machines, digital products and aftersales services.This is where you'll excelStrategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the SEA region. These plans should align with overall company goals and strategies and encompass a mix of online and offline marketing initiatives.Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales teams to understand their objectives and needs. Ensure that marketing strategies support the sales funnel, drive leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.Market Research and Analysis: In collaboration with the Market Intelligence team, conduct market research to identify market trends, competition, and customer behavior. Utilize this information to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the SEA region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, events, and promotions, to effectively target regional audiences.Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the results, adjusting as needed to optimize marketing efforts.Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external vendors and marketing agencies to execute marketing strategies effectively when necessary.These are the skills you'll needBachelor's in Marketing, Communication or ManagementProven experience in strategic marketing planning, with a minimum of 5 years in a marketing execution role in B2B marketing or B2C marketing with event and digital marketing experienceGood experience in business developmentProficiency in EnglishQuestions?
