You will be responsible for end-to-end brand strategy, marketing, New Product Development, channel optimisation, and campaigns. There is a strong focus on developing & innovating products in our chosen categories.We require an experienced, consumer-centric marketing professional who has a passion for health & beauty products, and understands how to effectively partner with FMCG retailers. You are a collaborative, solution-oriented team player, who is focused on delivering on agreed outcomes. A hands-on approach to stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to think strategically are essential.Key Responsibilities:·      Define and execute strategic marketing plans for the portfolio of brands·      Manage P&L & A&P budgets·      Manage the full product lifecycle across comprehensive and constantly evolving high profile categories·      Act as the interface between design, manufacturing, agencies, and sales teams; to deliver products that exceed customer expectations and meet their changing needs·      Leveraging your analytical experience, take a data led approach to assessing range performance and providing recommendations on how to further optimize the category·      Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build broader brand and product strategy·      Manage ATL / BLT marketing mix, including media campaigns across social, TV and digital, driven by insights, and post-campaign reporting·      Working together with the sales team, monitor the customer strategy, including implementation of retail and trade materials·      Understand brand guidelines to guarantee the brand identity, ensuring that all actions are in line with guides, including managing development of creative assets·      Manage the collection and analysis of consumer market insights and competitors, sharing findings with senior management to ensure the consistency of new product development·      Understand the market & customers clearly by conducting analysis and reporting, enabling you to quickly react to changing trends and use insights to influence the organisation and unlock growth·      This role will also work closely with a network of affiliate partners to drive category & brand growthCriteria·      Prior experienceo  Assistant Brand Manager minimum 3 years, preferably within the FMCG space, oro  Brand Manager for minimum 2 years, preferably within the FMCG space·      Experience in end-to-end marketing, brand & NPD execution·      Strategic, creative and analytical skills paired with a strong marketing skill set·      Collaborative, team-player·      Strong commercial acumen·      Solid project management experience·      Strong drive for results and desire to achieve·      High agency, goal-oriented mindset·      Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills·      Previous experience in retail data and analytics or similarWhy work at Polished Brands:·      Competitive salary, and growth opportunities·      Exposure to domestic and overseas markets·      Dedicated time for professional development·      Friendly, social culture·      Office dogs
