MARKETING MANAGER – ENTERTAINMENT & TOURING (HYBRID) $100,000 p.a. | Full-Time | Remote with Fortnightly Travel to Gold Coast Start: Immediate614 Talent, part of the Pace Group, is seeking an independent and detail-focused Marketing Manager to lead multi-market campaign coordination for our growing international touring portfolio — including A Taste of Ireland, A Celtic Christmas, and new live theatrical productions across Australia, the U.S., UK, and New Zealand.This remote role is ideal for someone based anywhere in Australia who is self-sufficient, comfortable working independently from home, and able to travel to the Gold Coast from SEQ weekly - or interstate fortnightly for in-person strategy and production meetings.ABOUT THE ROLEWorking as the campaign anchor for our shows, you’ll collaborate closely with external creative partners — including media buyers, designers, venue teams, and publicists — to execute well-planned, timely campaigns. You’ll own the nuts-and-bolts of show marketing, from venue deliverables to digital creative assets, across multiple shows and time zones.The ideal candidate will be autonomous, organised, and excellent at following through with accuracy and speed. You will not manage an internal team but instead serve as the central coordinator ensuring campaigns hit their marks across formats and territories.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver hands-on campaign coordination — particularly around venue marketing, digital delivery, listings, and print/digital specs.Manage relationships with venue teams, media buyers, designers, content producers, publicists, and touring personnel.Schedule and track media appearances and press days in collaboration with talent, tour managers, and PR agencies.Review and manage creative and copy assets, ensuring accurate, timely delivery across print, digital, social, and outdoor.Monitor ticket sales performance and projections to support strategy decisions with the Head of Marketing.Prepare assets and timelines to keep external contributors aligned and accountable.Communicate regularly with the Head of Marketing and Producers regarding campaign timelines, deliverables, and risks.KEY ATTRIBUTES4+ years experience in a similar campaign-heavy marketing role (entertainment, events, touring, or similar industries).Strong interpersonal and remote collaboration skills; you’re a self-starter who doesn’t need day-to-day supervision.Proven ability to manage deadlines, approvals, and external contractors across time zones.Exceptional organisation skills — you're the type who builds a colour-coded rollout calendar for fun.Theatre, entertainment, or live touring experience is welcome but not required.Proficiency across campaign platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Canva, Google Drive, Slack, Dropbox, scheduling tools).Comfortable balancing creative development with delivery logistics and stakeholder expectations.Ability to travel to the Gold Coast every 2 weeks for team integration and planning.If successful candidate is already South East Queensland based, they will have the option of working from home 2 days per week or an additional day by negotiation.ROLE DETAILSLocation: Hybrid (AU-based)Travel: Fortnightly visits to Gold Coast HQSalary: $100,000 p.a.Contract: Full-time with 6-month probationStart Date: ImmediateTO APPLYPlease submit:A cover letter addressing the roleCV outlining relevant experienceTwo professional referencesSend applications to: careers@pacelive.com.auDeadline: April 30, 2025 or upon finding a suitable candidate
