Digital Marketing Manager – Lead GenerationSydney | Hybrid Work Model | $140,000 – $160,000 + SuperA fast-growing business is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its paid performance, digital acquisition strategy, and automation-led customer journeys.This role goes beyond paid media. You’ll be responsible for building and optimising end-to-end workflows, ensuring leads move seamlessly through each stage of the funnel in a broker or sales-led environment. If you enjoy blending performance marketing with journey automation, this is a rare opportunity to shape the entire acquisition ecosystem.You’ll be hands-on, data-driven, and commercially focused, with the autonomy to test, build, and refine campaigns and workflows that directly impact revenue and conversion outcomes.What you’ll be doing • Plan, execute, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. • Own the full lead generation and nurturing funnel — from creative concept and audience targeting through to conversion, attribution, and handover to brokers/sales teams. • Build, automate, and optimise customer journeys and workflows in HubSpot (or similar), ensuring fast, personalised follow-up and efficient lead flow. • Design and refine lead scoring, routing, and automated touchpoints to maximise conversion speed and quality. • Manage and optimise budgets to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROI targets. • Test and refine creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to lift performance. • Collaborate with sales, brokers, product, and external specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns and frictionless funnels. • Track, analyse, and report on results using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or Looker Studio. • Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and audience segments.What you’ll bring • 5+ years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing with a strong focus on lead generation. • Proven success operating in a broker-led, sales-led, or fast-paced conversion environment. • Demonstrated experience building automated workflows, customer journeys, and lead nurturing sequences (HubSpot highly regarded). • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in tracking, attribution, and conversion optimisation. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. • Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tag Manager, or similar tools. • Solid understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting, A/B testing, and workflow automation. • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. • Experience in financial services, fintech, or high-volume B2C acquisition environments is highly advantageous.How to Apply: Apply directly to this job OR send your resume to Marketing@thedrivegroup.com.au For The Latest Jobs, Tech News or to 'Introduce A Friend' for a $1000 Referral Fee - Follow Us On Linkedin. https://www.linkedin.com/company/thedrivegroup TheDriveGroup is 100% committed to improving meaningful diversity in the technology industry.
