The selected candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of social media strategies across platforms to elevate brand presence and engage audiences. Responsibilities include managing social media content creation, creating and scheduling posts, analysing campaign performance, reporting to directors, implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with the creative team, managing advertising campaigns, and exploring opportunities to enhance audience engagement and ticket sales. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on daily management of social media and marketing initiatives.QualificationsExperience in Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, and Social Media ManagementExpertise in Digital Marketing, Advertising Campaigns, and Audience AnalyticsStrong skills in Written Communication, Copywriting, and Engaging StorytellingAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment while managing multiple projectsProficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media scheduling softwareProven history of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsExperience within the entertainment or hospitality industry is a significant advantageHands on content creation and editing e.g if you can photograph, film content personally without third party Experience with Meta implementation
