Do you possess proven experience in building brand equity, driving innovation, and leading successful marketing campaigns for Consumer Goods (FMCG)?If so, explore this exciting opportunity to join GPHS Superfoods, a leading company in the vitamins, supplements, and natural health products industry.This is a key leadership position based in Athens.ResponsibilitiesAs the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy for key product lines, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.Your primary responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing a comprehensive, long-term brand strategy (vision, mission, positioning, target audience) across all touchpoints.Managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept initiation and R&D brief to market launch (Go-To-Market strategy).Planning, executing, and monitoring all communication activities, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and in-store promotions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.Owning and managing the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring high ROI and optimal allocation of resources.Conducting continuous market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify opportunities and potential threats.Collaborating closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance teams to align product development, forecasting, and commercial goals.QualificationsThe ideal candidate is expected to possess the following:A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
