The company provides a challenging environment that encourages initiative and promotes commitment to its clients' business objective.About the Role: The Marketing Manager will lead all related marketing activities, driving brand visibility, market engagement, and commercial growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic planning and execution across digital, PR, and sales enablement.Reporting to: MD & Group Senior Marketing Manager.What Will You Need to Do: Own and maintain the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channelsDevelop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunitiesDrive awareness and demand through targeted campaigns and initiativesCreate and manage marketing materials for the website, newsletters, presentations, and corporate communicationsBuild and maintain relationships with media outlets, manage press releases and announcementsDefine KPIs, track campaign performance, and deliver regular reportsPlan and manage marketing budgets and resources effectivelyMaintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partnersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a strong plusMinimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology, telecom, or services sectorProven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and demand generationStrong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, marketing automation and reporting toolsExcellent strategic thinking, creativity and ability to transform insights into actionable marketing initiativesStrong organizational, project management, and communication skillsFluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)Benefits Competitive remuneration package Meal Vouchers Medical & Life Insurance Plan New experiences within a multinational environment and global teams Team spirit environment with passion for technology Development opportunities within a market-leading, fast-growing organization If you want to be part of one of the leading software firms in the FinTech industry internationally, we want to hear from you!We are an equal opportunities employer.
