Your role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with broader marketing objectives. This role demands exceptional creativity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think and act swiftly in response to events that influence our business. Familiarity with the gambling industry is considered an advantage. What You Will Work OnDesign, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across global markets and multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.)Leverage advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to reach and engage audiences internationallyTest and iterate creatives, ad copy, and formats to maximizeUtilize data and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.) to measure performance and identify insightsTranslate campaign data into actionable recommendations and reports for leadership and stakeholdersMonitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform innovations, and content best practicesCollaborate with creative, content, and regional marketing teams to ensure localized relevance and campaign effectivenessExplore opportunities in paid social automation to enhance efficiency and scalability What You BringBSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MSc is an asset2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple international marketsProven expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and ideally exposure to programmatic buying platformsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into creative strategyBalance of data-driven precision and creative intuition, with deep understanding of content, context, and audience psychologyExcellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects across time zonesStrong collaboration skills with both creative and performance-oriented teamsCuriosity, adaptability, and eagerness to stay ahead of digital and platform evolutionsWhat we offerWe truly value our people at Novibet!
