Job Description

Location: Cairo (with travel to key cities for store visits and shoots)Reports to: Marketing Manager (Men’s Club HQ) Role Summary :Own Men’s Club’s brand strategy and integrated marketing across retail and e-commerce to drive awareness, preference, and sell-through. Lead the Brand Team and partner closely with Digital Marketing, E-commerce Operations, Creative, and Retail to execute seasonally aligned, performance-driven campaigns at scale. Key Responsibilities1) Brand Strategy & Planning :Translate company vision and market ambition into a brand strategy, annual calendar, and seasonal go-to-market plans (collections, promotions, store moments). Define positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual direction by segment (Students, Emerging Professionals, Family Man, Female Gifter, Value-Driven Worker, Class A Shopper). Build campaign objectives, budgets, and success metrics per season.2) Integrated Campaigns (Digital + Offline):Lead 360° campaigns across paid/owned/earned: social, influencers/PR, retail windows & VM, in-store activations, print/OOH where relevant.Own media briefs and channel mix in partnership with Digital Marketing; ensure measurement structure (UTMs, pixel events) is in place. 3) Content & Creative Direction:Provide creative briefs, storyboards, and shot lists; manage production timelines, agencies, and creators from pre-prod to delivery.Guardrails for brand identity across touchpoints (store signage, packaging, web, app, email, social). 4) Retail Marketing & Regionalization:Localize campaigns by governorate/cluster based on store mix and audience composition; align with Retail Ops on calendar, POS, and staff enablement across 100+ stores. Drive store traffic via geo-targeted media, openings, and seasonal events.5) Audience, Research & Insights:Maintain segment playbooks (motivations, AOV/UPT, purchase cadence) and convert into offers, bundles, and messaging. Run post-campaign analyses; convert insights into next-season tests.6) Stakeholder Management & Governance:Align cross-functionally (E-commerce Ops, Customer Service, Warehouse/Logistics) on launch readiness, stock availability, and content handover. Enforce brand guidelines and approval process across internal teams and external partners.7) Team Leadership:Manage Brand Team (brand execs/coordinators; dotted line to Creative). Set goals, coach, and run weekly WIPs. Ideal Profile:Languages: Arabic & English (business-level).Experience: 4+ years in brand marketing with integrated campaign leadership; fashion/apparel preferred; media/entertainment/digital platform exposure is a plus.Capabilities: Brand strategy, creative direction, media planning, retail marketing, influencer/PR, analytics & experimentation.Tools: Meta/TikTok/YouTube ads fundamentals, GA/analytics, project management suites, briefing/storyboarding.Day-to-Day DeliverablesAnnual brand calendar; quarterly GTM plans with budgets and KPIs.Campaign briefs, creative decks, media briefs, and asset matrices.Weekly retail activation packs: windows, in-store signage, VO scripts. Post-campaign reports with learnings and next-season tests.Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications; MBA is a plus.Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and agencies.Strong analytical rigor; comfortable with cohort analysis and MMM orientation.Excellent writing of briefs and decisive creative feedback.Working Model:Hybrid HQ/field.
