About Booktime:Booktime, a Hindawi Foundation initiative, is a global charitable digital publisher. We create and share beautifully illustrated children’s books in multiple languages for free.Books help children see further, think bigger, and dream deeper. Reading changes everything.The Role:We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth efforts, driving awareness and engagement on both our app and website. You’ll plan and run campaigns across digital platforms, manage budgets, and use data to guide decisions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platformsOptimize campaign performance to achieve targets for installs, engagement, and retentionManage creative briefs and work with designers and writers to produce effective ad assetsTrack, report, and interpret key performance metricsCollaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with app updates and seasonal contentInitially, managing a team of threeRequirements:Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in education or publishingProven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and creating contentStrong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Meta Ads ManagerExcellent written and verbal English and ArabicProactive, creative, and a first principles mindsetPowered by JazzHRXg8XRezeaw
