#Key Responsibilities_ Duties:· Own and lead the commercial strategy and performance of assigned product categories.· Develop short- and long-term plans for assortment, pricing, and promotions based on data, trends, and business goals.· Collaborate with marketing on category campaigns, product launches, and seasonal strategies.· Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure proper stock availability and logistics efficiency.· Identify growth opportunities through new product sourcing, market trends, and customer insights.· Lead and mentor junior category managers or category specialists within the team.· Prepare detailed category performance reports and present insights and action plans to senior leadership.· Ensure category presentation and user experience are optimized on the platform.· Manage and expand relationships with suppliers, brands, and manufacturers to improve product offering, pricing, and margins.#Main Qualifications:We are Looking for:· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, MBA is a plus.· 7-10 years of experience in marketing management, merchandising, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role — preferably in e-commerce or retail.· Proven track record in managing end-to-end category strategy and delivering commercial results.· Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools (e.g., Power BI).· Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
