Job Title: Brand Partnerships ExecutiveLocation: HCMC, VietnamReporting to: Brand Partnerships LeadThe MissionAs our Brand Partnerships Executive, you will be the engine room of our growth in Vietnam. You are responsible for identifying the most promising brands and sellers, sparking their interest in our AI-driven commerce model, and converting them into long-term partners. Your goal is to move clients from "curious" to "converted," ultimately securing a commercial structure that rewards our mutual success.Core ResponsibilitiesTargeted Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential brands and "Power Sellers" in the Vietnamese market (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) that align with our AI creative capabilities.Strategic Outreach: Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach across LinkedIn, email, and Zalo to engage decision-makers.Pitch & Demo: Present our AI Creative Commerce model, using custom AI video samples to prove value and "stop the scroll."Negotiation & Closing: Lead potential partners through the funnel.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Vietnamese e-commerce trends and competitor moves to refine our value proposition.Who You AreThe Connector: You have 2+ years of experience in BD, Partnerships, or Sales within the VN e-commerce or Digital Agency space.The Hustler: You don't wait for leads to come to you; you enjoy the "hunt" and find creative ways to get in front of CEOs and Brand Managers.Tech-Fluent: You are excited by AI and can explain complex tech in simple, ROI-focused terms.Bilingual: Native-level Vietnamese with professional proficiency in English (for internal reporting and strategy).Negotiator: You understand that a "No" is just the start of a conversation, and you know how to sell value over price.Why Join Us?Work at the cutting edge of Generative AI and Commerce.Attractive package of base plus a performance-based bonus tied directly to the revenue generated from converted partnerships.Direct mentorship from our Partnerships Lead in a high-growth start-up environment.
