Founded in 2009 in Orange County, California, Yes4All has grown into one of the leading brands in the fitness, furniture, and lifestyle markets.As a strong e-commerce player since 2016, we were among the first companies invited to Amazon’s Vendor Central program and have ranked among the Top 12 Sports & Outdoors brands on Amazon since 2021.Today, Yes4All operates across the United States and 17 global markets, offering more than 2,000 SKUs on major platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart.To support our next phase of global expansion, we are seeking a B2B Leader – Strategic Partnership to drive and expand partnerships with key global e-commerce platforms.I. Role DescriptionThe B2B Leader – Strategic Partnership plays a pivotal role in driving Yes4All’s global strategic partnership growth by shaping, executing, and expanding partnerships with Amazon and other key e-commerce platforms.This position is responsible for:Driving revenue growth through strategic partnershipsStrengthening long-term relationships with key platforms and partnersLeading the Strategic Partnership team to achieve commercial excellence, operational scalability, and high performance in multi-channel environments such as Amazon, JD.com, and other global marketplacesKey Responsibilities1 - Strategic Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships aligned with the company’s growth strategy and target markets.Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities across global e-commerce platforms.Explore new markets and expansion opportunities to support long-term business growth.2 - Partnership Negotiation & ActivationLead partnership negotiations, including commercial terms, contracts, and pricing strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to activate and execute partnership initiatives.Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, resolve challenges, and optimize collaboration.3 - Partnership Performance ManagementMonitor sales performance against defined targets (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).Identify growth opportunities across product portfolios, channels, and markets.Ensure operational excellence and maintain strong account health for all key partnerships.4 - Sell-in Strategy & PricingDevelop product pricing strategies and manage the quotation process with buyers.Analyze market trends, cost structures, and revenue projections to optimize margins.Conduct sales forecasting to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.II. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.III. Skills & ExperienceExperience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Marketplace Management.Experience working with global e-commerce platforms (Amazon, JD.com, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.) is highly preferred.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Advanced MS Office skills; experience with data or query tools is a plus.Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.IV.
