Join a high-growth Global Ad Exchange scaling rapidly in the US, EU, and Israel. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in the programmatic ecosystem to expand our DSP and SSP partnerships. If you have a proven track record of building Tier-1 partnerships and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, we’d love to connect.What You’ll Do:Strategic Hunting: Identify and onboard high-value global DSP and SSP partners. You own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to technical integration and scaling.Market Architect: Act as our eyes and ears in the local market, translating DSP needs and programmatic trends (Sellers.json, OpenRTB 2.6, Cookieless ID solutions) into actionable growth strategies.Partnership Management: Orchestrate end-to-end contract execution and settlement. You are the primary advocate for your partners, ensuring long-term revenue growth and operational excellence.Who You Are:Ad-Tech Veteran: 3-5+ years of battle-tested experience in BD/Sales within the Programmatic/ADX space (experience at firms like Gravite, Display.io, or Rise is highly preferred).Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Ad Exchange mechanics, Header Bidding, and programmatic supply/demand dynamics.Global Negotiator: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse business cultures (especially the fast-paced Israeli and US tech scenes).Entrepreneurial Spirit: You don't just follow a playbook; you help write it.Why Join Us?Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (Performance-driven).Flexible working hours & Remote-first culture.Opportunity to lead our expansion in key global hubs (US/EU/Israel).
