Systems Limited is looking for a Brand Services Manager. The Brand Services Manager will lead the launch of marketing projects across multiple categories and End Markets. Additionally, they will oversee the end-to-end delivery of New Product Initiatives and collaborate closely with the brand strategic unit and NPI team. Managing senior stakeholders and addressing any obstacles promptly to ensure timely plan execution will be part of their responsibilities. Moreover, they will track, analyze, and report on business performance. Your key responsibilities will include:• E2E delivery of all Projects with follow-ups and project management with all managers involved in the process.• Allocate NPI projects to Brand Assistant Managers and ensure their effective delivery• Deliver the project with agility by identifying opportunities to deliver desired timelines which would stretch standard SLAs (Service Level Agreements) on Project.• Management of the Project management system for NPI (New Product Introduction) and ensuring all projects are tracked correctly in the system. • Coordinate & champion the operations process and associated system across functions, driving best-practice, ensuring full audit compliance (Decision Rights, Protocols, and the HIVE system usage) • Provide periodic updates and analysis of NPI project status to senior management.• Escalate bottlenecks to appropriate forums for timely resolution. • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for all NPI projects with stakeholders• Track NPI and brand health, analyze business performance, and prepare commercial brand dashboards. • Attend Cycle plan meetings, coordinate presentations, and document discussions and action items. • Effective cross-functional stakeholder management to facilitate delivery of core business priorities What are we looking for? • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Project Management. • Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Management.• Strong proficiency in project and team management. • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with cross-functional teams.• Skill in coaching, team development, and performance oversight. • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
