Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and digitally fluent Brand Storyteller & Social MediaManager to craft and communicate our brand’s voice across multiple channels. The idealcandidate will transform our values, products, and impact into compelling stories that inspire,engage, and grow our online community.This role combines creative storytelling, social media strategy, content production, anddata-driven marketing — bringing the brand to life through words, visuals, and authenticengagement.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Storytelling & Content Development● Develop and execute a cohesive brand narrative that aligns with company mission,vision, and tone.● Create engaging multimedia content (copy, video, graphics, and blog posts) thatcommunicates brand values and customer impact.● Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to develop campaigns thatresonate with target audiences.● Craft compelling stories around customer testimonials, milestones, innovations, andsocial impact.2. Social Media Strategy & Management● Develop and manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram,X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).● Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content using analytics-driven strategies.● Grow and engage online communities through consistent voice, storytelling, andresponsiveness.● Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant and aheadof the curve.3. Content Analytics & Performance Tracking● Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) toevaluate the success of campaigns.● Generate monthly performance reports and insights to inform future content strategies.● Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social todrive data-backed decisions.4. Campaign & Community Collaboration● Partner with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to amplify reach.● Coordinate storytelling efforts across marketing campaigns, product launches, andcorporate initiatives.● Manage user-generated content and encourage authentic brand conversations.Qualifications & SkillsEducation:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or arelated field (or equivalent experience).Experience:● 3+ years of experience in brand storytelling, content creation, or social mediamanagement.● Proven track record of growing online communities and managing successfulcampaigns.Core Skills:● Exceptional storytelling and copywriting ability.● Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.● Skilled in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.● Analytical mindset with familiarity in social media and web analytics tools.● Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and influencer marketing.● Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Preferred (Bonus) Skills:● Photography/videography experience.● Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).● Experience in paid social advertising and A/B testing.
