Medcare MSO Global is one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT company in Pakistan, with 1000+ people on board. We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. The Branding Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Medcare MSO’s brand identity across various digital platforms. This role includes content designing, calendar management, competitor marketing analysis, data analytics, brand image creation, and creating promotional content for webinars.Position: Branding ExecutiveDepartment: Digital MarketingShift timings: 7:00 pm - 4:00 amLocation: MMalam, Lahore (on-site)Key Responsibilities:Develop creative content designs for social media, websites, and other digital channels.Create graphics, infographics, and visual assets aligned with the company’s brand.Ensure brand consistency across all content and collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with campaigns.Design and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize content creation.Ensure timely delivery of content, monitor performance, and optimize engagement based on analytics.Conduct surveys to analyze competitor branding strategies and industry trends.Use insights to refine branding strategies and stay competitive in the market.Measure the impact of branding activities using analytics tools to track impressions, engagement, and ROI.Analyze data and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize branding strategies.Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all communication channels.Manage brand assets, including logos, taglines, and visuals.Design promotional content for webinars and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create engaging webinar content.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or content design.Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and design tools.Familiarity with data analytics and performance tracking.Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.Strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.Analytical mindset with a focus on performance-driven strategies.Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
