In this role, you will join a team of Client Managers and Client Executives with varied portfolios of national & multinational corporate clients, ensuring seamless support to both internal and external stakeholders and adhere to the highest standards of service delivery.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organisation, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeYour day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!ResponsibilitiesProactively support and participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reportsCommunicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needsDirectly managing client queries and being a subject matter expert for all their portfolio needsManaging invoicing and complex premium calculationsAttend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking dutiesManage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client ManagersProvide leadership and training to Service SpecialistsEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer serviceHow This Opportunity Is DifferentAs an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
