Buckeye Bahamas Hub is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator with 1+ years’ related experience in the Oil & Gas Industry to join our team!Role SummaryAssist with preparing incoming and outgoing mail for distribution and running errands for the terminal when needed ensuring that supplies are always readily available. Duties also include lifting heavy items and being organized. Responsibilities & Essential Functions IncludeAssist with daily mail runs and the distribution of mail. Prepares coffee for office and special meetings. Picks up and distributes supplies as needed. Ensures that all office areas are cleaned daily.

Makes offsite errands as needed including daily visits to Bahamas Immigration. Assists with pick up of lunch orders for meetings as needed by various departments. Sets up meeting rooms with tables and chairs as required for seminars and trainings. Assists with passenger pick-ups from the airport and hotel for out of town visitors to the terminal. Assists with other projects as assigned. And other duties as assigned. Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years’ related experience required. General knowledge or experience in terminal operations is preferred.

Certificates & LicensesValid Drivers’ LicenseOther Skills, Attributes And AbilitiesIncumbents must be articulate and capable of effectively communicating (both verbal and written) with peers, superiors and external customers. Must be able to positively represent the company at all times. Discretion and tact is required in dealing with sensitive issues. Must possess a high degree of organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Normal work circumstances may require a balanced disposition; also under stressful situationsEssential FunctionsThis position requires the ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with Buckeye standards.

This role requires the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the terms of your employment. This position requires compliance with all personnel policies. Physical & Safety RequirementsThis role is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 50 pounds. Required use of all safety equipment in performance of job.
