If you are eager to learn, are interested in growing rapidly and strive to make an impact in a diverse environment, you're in the right place at the right time.Learn more about Careers at KPMG LuxembourgWhat you will be working onIn this role you will:• Serve as first point of contact for the Building Department — welcoming customers, clients and suppliers via email, phone or face-to-face, and answering their building-related enquiries.• Schedule and coordinate inspection visits with contractors and developers for the Building Department.• Manage the building delivery desk — oversee incoming deliveries, liaise with vendors and subcontractors.• Act as point of contact for all third-parties entering the building: subcontractors, vendors, delivery/expedition teams.• Provide strong administrative support to the Building Team, including:o Handling help-desk enquiries and managing the ticketing system.o Creating purchase orders and maintaining invoice-tracking files.o Providing back-up support for daily building access control (visitor badges, access assignments).o Maintaining reporting on daily activities and keeping procedures up to date (archiving existing, drafting new ones).• Be proactive: listen to the team’s needs, propose process-improvements in collaboration with colleagues (Finance, Procurement, Technicians).What we’re looking forYou have:• Fluent English and French. Any additional language is a plus !• Strong administrative and organisational skills: you’re efficient, detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment.• Comfort working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and building-management / access-control applications.• A recognized First Aid qualification.• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative / building-support role.• An A-level equivalent in an administrative or technical field.• Excellent communication skills, a client-oriented mindset, and good time-management.• You’re solution-oriented: when a challenge comes up you see an opportunity, not a problem.We offer more than just a job.
