Our people truly are our greatest asset!Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?The Policy Servicing Administration Officer (CDD - 12 months) is accountable for:Act as the person of contact for the internal Partner and Client Services colleagues for the administration and coordination of cross market policy servicing;Take the necessary action to respond in an effective, professional and timely manner to the queries received from Partner and Client Services colleagues consistently ensuring a high level of service;Perform accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, servicing and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document management;Assist in processing the due diligence review of transactions in line with corporate standards;Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all counterparties;Take the initiative to exchange proactively with Partner and Client Services colleagues to render even more efficient the Policy Servicing process.Maintain an ongoing awareness of services, review procedures and ensure quality improvements are made as required;Contribute actively to the development of high-quality Policy Servicing methods to ensure consistency and uniformity;Accompany and give on the job trainings to new joiners within the Partner and Client Servicing department in order to ensure the integration of the company’s high set standards on Policy Servicing processing and system use.Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Policy Servicing Administration Officer?University Degree (Minimum Licence) in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent,Mandatory first experience (minimum 1 year) working within the insurance sector,Mandatory experience dealing with policy transactions and due diligence,Aware of developments within the insurance sector in general and competent in dealing with queries relating to funds and financial instruments,Strong prioritisation skills and flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations,A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal as well as written,Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities,Fluent in English and in French mandatory.As an equal opportunity employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender, colour, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Given the sensitive nature of our business, industry sector and the role as described, the selected candidate is required to provide a criminal record (Bulletin n°3 for Luxembourgish residents).
