Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Technical Support ManagerYour responsibilities:Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.Performs analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs.Proposes the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.Supports the manager in preparing and delivering the technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues, to both internal staff and customers.Provides/delivers product/solution/service-related training.Supports the manages in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.Our requirements:Electrical Engineering degree, Electrical TechnicianEnglish – Fluent (spoken/written)More than 3 years relevant experience in technical support or solution engineeringBranch experience in electrical building infrastructures / industrial automation / building automationBackground knowledge in BMS, HVAC, KNX, security, energy management. emergency lighting solutionsWe value people from different backgrounds.
