Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact during customer onboarding.Collaborate with IT and Operations to analyze processes and technical requirements for onboarding new customer portfolios.Organize and monitor daily data exchanges with external clients and service providers.Ensure correct integration and follow-up of financial flows related to customer files.Coordinate operational and technology-driven improvement projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.Assets (preferred): SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Camunda.Business SkillsStrong analytical mindset with clear communication.Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner.Soft SkillsAnalytical and conceptual thinkingNegotiation and persuasion abilitiesStructured and organized approachIndependent and proactive work styleStrong problem-solving abilityAttention to detail and qualityGoal-oriented mindsetOpenness to change
