You help define the analytics ecosystem and capability set for the transformation journey. You gain broad exposure and visibility to senior leadership across the global Asset and Wealth Management organization.Job ResponsibilitiesDrive automation of processes using data transformation tools such as Alteryx and SQLBuild, maintain, and enhance Alteryx workflows and deploy them to Alteryx ServerCreate and improve analytics dashboards in Tableau and QlikManage and deploy dashboards to the firm-wide serverSupport development of the Data Analytics framework by partnering with business teamsIdentify requirements and integrate new datasets into analytics solutionsTrain new team members in using analytics toolsetsGuide teams toward robust delivery milestonesUnderstand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product developmentCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior audiencesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsHold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with relevant work experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in program management leading strategic changeApply expertise in data transformation tools such as Alteryx and visualization tools like Tableau and QlikUtilize advanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python, or equivalent toolsManage project delivery across multiple streams with varying prioritiesExecute successful internal partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levelsCommunicate effectively with excellent written skills and articulate complex concepts confidentlyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsDisplay structured thinking and strong problem-solving abilitiesLead teams using different technological development methodologies such as Agile and WaterfallArticulate technical concepts crisply to senior audiencesGuide teams through complex project delivery environmentsIntegrate new technologies and design techniques into analytics solutionsCollaborate across diverse job functions to achieve strategic goalsAdapt quickly to changing priorities and business needsABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
