About This RoleWe are seeking a Securities Research Analyst. The role involves working closely with the US deal team on pitchbooks, valuations, peer analysis, opportunity analysis, and other industry-related materials, with significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of the businessIn This Role, You WillPrepare pitch books, industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers' outlook, share price performance, evolution of industry/peers valuation multiples, possible buyer/seller opportunitiesWork on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, company/M&A screening and newsletter preparationWork independently on complex projects and deliver high quality projectsEffectively communicate with key stakeholders in the USWould be required to operate in the US time zone providing real-time support to the US stakeholders covering various products and sectors as part of the core team looking to add significant value to the India franchise Required Qualifications:6+ months of Securities Investment research, financial services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:MBA or master's in finance from a premier education institute with 6+ months of relevant work experience with a good understanding of Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, TMT and Industrials sectorsStrong inclination towards building a career in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Capital MarketsImpeccable communication and interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and key stakeholdersGood understanding of Financial concepts and company valuation techniquesStrong logical, analytical skills and a systematic problem solving approachAbility to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications - Power Point and ExcelStrong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Attention to detail and ability to ensure high quality of deliverables.Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and managementResults driven, accountable and ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentJob Expectations:Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications - Power Point and ExcelKnowledge of database tools - FactSet, Thomson one, Capital IQ, Factiva, and BloombergImpeccable communication and interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and key stakeholdersStrong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesAttention to detail and ability to ensure high quality of deliverablesAbility to provide innovative ideas to efficiently execute the tasksAbility to identify proactive ways to contribute to firm's goals & missionPosting End Date:5 Nov 2025Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
