You’ll work closely with project managers, change specialists and assurance leads, ensuring your analysis actively informs planning, sequencing, adoption and quality oversight.Your contribution will extend beyond gathering requirements. You will shape the connective structure of programmes, linking analytical detail to strategic intent and creating the insight loops that reduce rework, strengthen governance and keep delivery moving at pace.Based in Wellington or Auckland, you will operate as part of a senior, delivery-ready team embedded within client environments, a partner trusted to provide stability, clarity and momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.Who you areReading the above should tell you everything about the BA capability we’re after, but we’d also love someone who values flexibility, brings a genuine sense of purpose to their work and keeps a good mix of personal interests outside it.
