This is a pivotal role for a commercially sharp digital marketer who thrives on turning data into action and campaigns into tangible revenue.The OpportunityYou’ll own the performance of Caci’s digital ecosystem from ad click to clinic consultation to membership retention.Working hands-on across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Klaviyo, you’ll design, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive measurable growth in leads, consultations, and memberships.This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, and customer experience, ideal for someone who loves diving into numbers but equally enjoys testing creative and pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.What You’ll DoPlan, implement, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and moreOwn digital acquisition and retention KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and LTVDevelop advanced email automation, CRM segmentation, and lifecycle marketing via KlaviyoBuild and manage attribution and tracking frameworks (GA4, GTM, UTM, Meta Pixel)Optimise conversion funnels (web, booking, checkout) with structured testingReport and forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance vs targetsCollaborate with brand, content, and product teams to align digital strategies with business prioritiesLead experimentation across emerging platforms, creative formats, and automation toolsEnsure all campaigns meet Medsafe, ASA, and brand compliance standardsAbout You5+ years in digital performance, CRM and growth marketingProven track record managing paid media across Google & Meta (hands-on)Expert in Klaviyo or equivalent automation platform (flows, segmentation, reporting)Confident with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, and data storytellingExperience driving measurable results in lead generation and eCommerceCommercially savvy, you think in ROI, not impressionsPassionate about continuous optimisation and experimentationNaturally analytical, curious, and driven by growthWhy You’ll Love Working HereBe part of a NZ brand leading the aesthetics industryWork alongside a high-performing, passionate teamSee your campaigns directly translate into growth and brand successAccess generous skincare perksJoin a team that celebrates creativity, innovation, and measurable impactReady to Make an Impact?Apply with your CV via Seek https://www.seek.co.nz/job/87973969 and a short cover letter telling us how you’ve used digital strategy to deliver real commercial growth, we’d love to see your results.
