Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Business Developer to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services. Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue and expansion goals • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends. • Present and promote company solutions to clients through proposals, presentations. • Negotiate contracts and close business deals that meet company objectives. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years proven experience and above in business development, sales, or similar role. • Previous experience in the technology/ICT industry is an added advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation skills. • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain business relationships. • Self-motivated, result-oriented and target-driven. • Proficient in MS Office tools.Compensation & Benefits • Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 (increment after performance. • 5% commission on every deal closed. • Transportation Allowance. • Career development opportunities. • Supportive and innovative work environment.
