The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, offering suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include promoting products or services, providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, and conducting training sessions for clients or internal team members. Collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth is also a key part of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build positive relationships with clientsProven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to lead and conduct Training sessions to improve team and customer knowledgeExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage
