SALES & MARKETING INTERNCompanyFutureGRIN Group is a fast-growing multi-venture company building products across education, AI/biotech, and consumer technology. We are hiring two highly motivated Sales & Marketing Interns who can drive real revenue, expand our user base, and help us scale rapidly across Africa and globally.This is a results-focused role. We are looking for interns who take initiative, communicate powerfully, and know how to turn conversations into conversions.Role OverviewAs a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in executing FutureGRIN’s growth strategy. You will engage prospects, build relationships, run outreach campaigns, follow up consistently, and convert warm and cold leads into paying users and clients.You will work directly with our leadership team and be responsible for supporting sales across all FutureGRIN products and programs.This is an unpaid internship but offers high-value, real-world experience and growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities* ⁠Conduct daily outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and calls.* Build and manage a structured sales pipeline.* Identify new customer segments, communities, and partnership opportunities.* Present FutureGRIN products professionally to individuals and organizations.* Follow up with leads and move them through the conversion funnel.* Drive user acquisition, sign-ups, and paid conversions.* Represent FutureGRIN in communities, online spaces, and relevant networks.* ⁠Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales across all FutureGRIN subsidiaries.• Create high-quality, platform-specific social media content (text, graphics, reels, short videos).• ⁠Manage and monitor social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and brand alignment.* Provide weekly reports on outreach, leads, progress, and results.* Meet assigned KPIs and monthly revenue targets.Who We’re Looking For* Strong communicator with confidence and clarity* Highly motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented* Comfortable with cold outreach and following up consistently* Able to work independently with minimal oversight* Active user of social media platforms for networking* Passionate about growth, sales, and people engagement* Any prior sales, marketing, or outreach experience is an advantageCompensation• Direct mentorship from FutureGRIN leadership.• Real-world experience developing marketing initiatives across multiple brands.• Opportunity to work on campaigns with measurable growth and sales impact.• ⁠High potential for retention into a paid, full-time role based on performance.• Certificate of Completion + LinkedIn recommendation.• Resume-boosting experience in a fast-growing startup ecosystem.• Flexible remote work structure.• Monthly data subscription for the duration of the internship.
