It is a high-intensity, data-driven outreach initiative targeting a curated list of 3,000 high-net-worth individuals, business leaders, and philanthropists. The project involves executing a sophisticated, multi-touch communication strategy to transition these individuals from "cold leads" to engaged strategic partners. Our goal is to secure 100 new Ashoka Support Network members over the next 6 months. Each member commits meaningful financial and strategic support to Ashoka and our Fellows. Achieving this target will provide the critical, unrestricted funding required to identify and scale the work of leading social entrepreneurs (Ashoka Fellows) globally. You will act as the Campaign Operations Coordinator. Specific tasks include:Execution: managing the daily sending preparation of personalized outreach via email (using provided templates and AI tools). Data Command: Owning the master "Outreach Dashboard" to track open rates, responses, and preparing follow-up triggers in real-time. Intelligence: Conducting rapid research on prospects to verify their interests and align them with specific Ashoka Fellows. Logistics: Managing the 8-step follow-up cadence to ensure no lead is dropped and coordinating the scheduling of high-level briefings for interested prospects.Communication: preparing Ashoka specific follow-up content for various stages of the engagement and for social medial campaign. You will be the engine of our fundraising pipeline. With a target list of 3,000 prospects, the difference between success and failure is operational discipline. By managing the logistics of this campaign, you free up the leadership team to focus entirely on closing gifts.
